To convert a Word document to PDF has a lot of its own advantages. One is that the person receiving this PDF file can't make any changes to it. Nice, if it is something like a contract agreement or the like.

To convert a document to PDF, you need to download Convert Doc, it's free and are easily useable. I use this program to convert my Word document to PDF format.

Word Office Helper Convert Doc can be used to convert any Word document to PDF format, or a PFD file to a Word document file.


To convert a document to PDF using Convert Doc, follow these steps:

1. After you have downloaded and installed Convert Doc, open the program.

2. From the "Conversion Method" option group, click on "Use 'Convert Doc" (marked as "1").
   
3. From the "Input File Format", click on the drop-down arrow and select the option
"[9]Microsoft Word 97-2003 (DOC)" (marked as "2").
   
4. Click on the "File" button (marked as "3") on the right side of the "Input File(s)" option and select the document file that you want to be converted.
   
5. From the "Convert to File Format", click on the drop-down arrow and select the option "[12]Adobe (PDF)" (marked as "4").
   
6. Click on the "File" button (marked as "5") on the right side of the "Output File(s)" option and type a new name for the output PDF file that you want.
   
7. Click on the "Convert" button (marked as "6") to start the conversion process.
   
8. Once Convert Doc has finished convert Word file to PDF, you'll see a green checkmark (marked as "7") at the bottom right of the tasks list.

Word Office Helper Q: Where's my borders?

I've noticed that Convert Doc doesn't keep all the aspects of your document, once converted.

It, for example, don't convert Page Borders or font attributes such as Small Caps, but for other things, it works pretty well!
